Abbey was joined by her professional dancing partner, Aljaz Skorjanec, and her fellow Strictly celebs for a live performance on the topical evening show ahead of their tour.
Abbey looked like a glittering princess as she waltzed on the dance floor and was lifted up high by Aljaz during the routine. The model, who is celebrating her 28th birthday today (10 January), also cuddled up to finalist and BBC Breakfast presenter Susanna Reid.
Abbey, who is married to footballer Peter Crouch, couldn't have looked happier as she was reunited with her dancing pals.
Aljaž later tweeted: "Loved being on ONE SHOW tonight! It was great dancing with @OfficialClancy in front of cameras again!"
Joining Abbey on the live tour will be Susanna, Natalie Gumede, Nicky Byrne, Mark Benton, Deborah Meaden and Ben Cohen.
The celebrities will kick off their live tour on 17 January in Birmingham and will wrap up on 9 February at London's O2 Arena.
Abbey lifted the coveted Glitter Ball trophy with Aljaz on the show's first ever all-female final on 21 December, beating off competition from Susanna, Natalie and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
"I was gutted at the final because it meant it was over," Abbey told ITV's This Morning earlier this week. "It was amazing being around so many people who were so happy all the time. To be with all those people for so many months, it was just great, I'd never been so happy - it was a lovely feeling."
Speaking about the live tour, she added: "I'm excited because when in my life am I going to get to dance in front of ten or fifteen thousand people?
"It's never going to happen so for that reason that's why I wanted to do it most, and to keep the little Strictly bubble going a little bit longer. To get the gang back together will be fun!"
