The pair purchased the idyllic mansion in 2009, the same year that they got married.
But over the past few month, they were reported to be leading separate lives away from the home due to claims that Lamar was taking drugs and had cheated on Khloe with more than one woman.
According to People magazine, Khloe was staying at her mum Kris Jenner's house back in September, while Lamar was living at his own place in downtown LA.
And now real estate website Trulia has confirmed to Us Weekly that Khloe and Lamar have finally put their mediterranean inspired mansion on the market.
According to listing information on the site, the ex-lovebirds are hoping to sell the property for over £3.3 million, which comes as no surprise since the home boasts six en-suite bathrooms, three walk-in wardrobes, a swimming pool, a library and more.
The news of the sale comes almost one month after Khloe filed for divorce from her basketball player hubby.
The 29-year-old has since been keeping a low profile, although she has been posting a few cryptic messages online that hint she is now ready for a fresh start.
Yesterday (8 January), she wrote on Instagram: "Only a few find the way, some don't recognise it when they do - some... don't ever want to," while earlier this month she tweeted: ""HE heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds".
