The model and beauty queen appeared to still be in the festive mood as she donned a metallic jacket and sequined jumpsuit combo to attend the Cirque Du Soleil: Quidam opening night at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
Amy, 21, added a pop of colour with a red clutch bag and seriously, seriously high heels.
It marked the blonde's first public appearance since rumours swirled she and her I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! campmate Joey Essex had decided not to pursue a relationship.
The pair struck up a firm friendship in the jungle last month and shared plenty of chemistry, then, after they were eliminated, it appeared friendship had blossomed into romance.
They attended the I'm A Celeb wrap party together in Australia then, when back in the UK, Amy met Joey's friends and walked the red carpet with him at the British Comedy Awards.
It all got a bit confusing after that with neither really confirming a romance, but also dropping hints that there could be one on the cards. Then, in December, a source said things had "fizzled out" between them.
Whatever is going on, Amy certainly looked in high spirits last night as she enjoyed the Cirque performance and mocktails at Arts Club and Morton's Club in the capital.
Joey, meanwhile, was seen at Heathrow Airport earlier this week preparing to jet to Africa to film a new TV show, although he's kept mum on the details.
On 7 January he tweeted: "Exciting being in South Africa shooting my new show for @itv2. Gonna trek through Uganda in a few days but will I find any monkeys?!!"
