Shakira and Rihanna have released details about their forthcoming duet!

Mum-of-one Shakira is preparing to make her music comeback, and Rihanna is to feature on the Latin popstar's first single to be taken from her forthcoming studio album.

Shakira shared the single cover artwork for 'Can't Remember To Forget You' on Twitter last night and told fans: "You guys ready? Jan 13 is almost here! @Rihanna #rememberforget."

Rihanna posted the same cover on Instagram, and said: "One. Week. Countdown."

We reckon this could be one of the most anticipated duets of the year - we can't wait to hear it!

News of the pair's collaboration was first revealed last month, when Pitbull explained that he originally wanted RiRi to feature on his latest single 'Timber', but because she was working with Shakira at the time, there was a clash of schedules.

Shakira's new album will be the first since her 2010 release, Sale el Sol, and it will be her first English-language record since 2009's She Wolf.

Elsewhere, Shakira will rejoin the judging panel on The Voice US season six when it returns in February. The singer will be coming back with American R&B singer Usher to replace CeeLo Green and Christina Aguilera, who served as judges for seasons one, two, three and five.

Shakira and Usher will join Blake Shelton and Adam Levine on the panel when the new season kicks off in the US on NBC on 24 February.
