The actress, who plays Coach Beiste on the comedy series, tied the knot with partner Bridgett at their Los Angeles home on Saturday night (21 December).
According to People, guests thought they were attending a Christmas party only to learn it was actually a wedding on their arrival.
Dot-Marie had proposed to Bridgett during a visit to Disneyland in Anaheim, California in October, popping the question beside the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
At the time, Bridgett said: "Thank you @dotmariejones for making me the happiest woman in the world. #engaged."
Bridgett has now changed her Twitter profile to Bridgett Jones, showing she's taken Dot-Marie's surname.
