The Liberty X singer was up bright and early today (20 December) and was pictured outside the ITV studios looking super glamorous, despite the fact half of us had yet to roll out of bed!
She covered her growing baby bump up in a pretty red and grey lace frock that skimmed her thighs, so that her tanned legs were on full display.
But Michelle didn't appear to feel the cold, as she wrapped up in her grey, printed faux fur coat.
She completed her look with a pair of peep-toe heels and kept her new golden blonde hair extensions glossy and straight.
And it wasn't even 10 o'clock yet!
No doubt Michelle had already been awake in the early hours of Friday morning, running around after her adorable baby daughter Faith.
The songstress announced that she and and husband Hugh Hanley were expecting their second child together back in August.
Following the birth of their second bundle of joy, Michelle - who underwent a double mastectomy operation last year - is planning to have her ovaries removed as a preventative measure against cancer.
Michelle has the BRCA2 mutated gene, meaning she has a high chance of developing the disease if these measures aren't taken.
Earlier this month, Michelle bravely told Reveal: "No matter how daunting having my ovaries out – and it is – it's necessary."
But first, she is occupying herself by throwing the biggest and best Christmas for her family - complete with a huge feast and plenty of presents.
