The reality TV star was pictured at his local gym in London on Tuesday (17 December) to promote the release of his new book, The 6 Week Muscle Plan, which was written with trainer Nick Mitchell.
And with rippling abdominals like those, what better way to spread the word about his latest venture?!
Proudlock posed on various pieces of equipment at the gym, showcasing his new, hunky physique and his various tattoos, including a cross on the centre of his upper back.
Unlike a number of people who work out to achieve a slimmer figure, the Serge DeNimes clothing line owner embarked on a training plan to help him gain weight and improve his muscles instead.
"I wanted abs, not bulk," he told Men's Health earlier this month, while taking part in the magazine's six-pack challenge.
Proudlock competed in the six-pack challenge alongside his Chelsea co-stars Andy Jordan, Spencer Matthews and Alex Mytton to see whether he could achieve the body of a cover model.
And all that hard work has definitely paid off!
