The false speculation started after Kim shared a new photo of adorable Nori earlier this week, and some internet users suggested the tiny tot's brows looked more groomed than they had in past pictures.
But Kim, 33, was quick to hit back via Twitter - and did so with a sense of humour.
"Do people really think I would wax my daughter's eyebrows so young? Come on, I'd wait until she's at least two and a half!" she quipped.
Kim then added: "I'm kidding!!! It's pretty sick for people to insinuate that I would wax my daughter's eyebrows. They are thick, natural and amazing!"
Earlier in the day she'd responded to one fan asking if she ever read her Twitter and Facebook mentions, promising that, yes, she did. We guess this proves it!
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star gave birth to her first child with rapper fiance Kanye West in Los Angeles in June.
It's not the first time Kim has taken to Twitter to defend herself from attacks.
Earlier this year she slammed suggestions she'd regained her pre-pregnancy body through surgery, saying she'd instead been following a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise.
And recently she hit back at critics who pointed out she 'only' donated 10% of a recent charity eBay auction to survivors of the Philippines typhoon, breaking down the figures and pointing out she made private charitable donations throughout the year and didn't have to explain herself to anyone.
