Prince George's Christening robe got a second outing this week as Lord Freddie Windsor and Sophie Winkleman's daughter Maud wore the gown for her own big day.

Adorable four-month-old Maud Elizabeth Daphne Marina Windsor was clad in the famous robe for her Christening at the Chapel Royal at St. James' Palace on Monday, 16 December.

The beautiful robe is a replica of the lace and satin Christening gown made for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter in 1841. The Queen commissioned it in 2008 to protect the original.

Prince George was seen wearing it at his own Christening in October and in the official photographs later released of him with dad Prince William and mother Kate Middleton.

Maud was born in August in Los Angeles, where financial advisor Freddie and actress Sophie live. Among those in attendance at her Christening was rock star Bryan Adams, who is a friend of the family.

She is the first grandchild for Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.
