The actress dazzled, as usual, in a pale blue-green gown that featured intricate and attention-grabbing detail around the neck and a long hem that swept the floor.
To keep all eyes on her statement dress, Eva pinned her glossy brown locks up and opted for a subtle peach coloured lipstick, which she teamed with a sultry, smokey eye.
Her nails were also manicured to perfection and painted in a royal blue varnish, while her jewellery was kept to a minimum.
Guests at the gala walked the red carpet before enjoying a cocktail reception held at Supperclub Dubai, followed by dinner and a live auction.
And the room wasn't short of famous faces, as rap superstar 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) flew to the United Arab Emirates for the occasion, as well as R&B singer Maxwell and hit-maker Ricky Martin.
Ricky, 41, looked super suave in a black tuxedo, complete with satin bow-tie, and he was even honoured during the evening with the 'Global Gift Humanitarian' award for his continued philanthropic work with the Ricky Martin Foundation.
Meanwhile, it seems 50 Cent chose to go for a more laid back dress code, as he was pictured wearing a navy blue Nike jumper and a leather cap.
Eva's gala was a huge triumph overall, with guests managing to raise over a whopping £200,000 in the live auction alone, which is to now be donated between the Global Gift Foundation and local charity, Noor Dubai Foundation.
The Desperate Housewives star later remarked: "This was our first gala in Dubai and I am delighted that it has been such a phenomenal success. The people of Dubai have been so welcoming and generous and I am incredibly thankful."
