Pascal began dating Mario in November but their romance was short-lived after he confessed his true feelings to Lucy at Lewis Bloor's party.
Speaking exclusively to Reveal, Pascal tells us: "It hurts, but I just wish I wasn't so naive and fell for it. Other people's feelings shouldn't be played with to get back with your ex. I wish he would have left me out of it."
She continues: "I don't really have any feelings towards Mario. He isn't a bad guy, he just doesn't know what he wants. I got wrapped up in it."
Pascal met Mario on a night out in popular Essex hotspot Sugar Hut: "I've known Mario for around two and a half years," she says.
"I wouldn't say we were good friends but we used to speak. He used to ask me out all the time, and I kept saying 'no' but then one day we just decided to go for it. We kind of clicked, we just got on."
Pascal made her debut in the show's series finale, where Mario introduced her to his friends, Charlie Sims and Ferne McCann. The Italian tailor gushed about his new romance, saying that Pascal was "perfection".
"We were good together and then the thing happened at Lewis' party," says Pascal. "I wasn't aware of Mario's feelings towards Lucy because he was saying something completely different to me.
"I just don't understand him, he was saying how I was made for him and that he's been given a second chance. I was planning to go and see his sister and I was supposed to meet the rest of his family, but suddenly it all changed."
In last night's festive special, The Only Way Is Essexmas (11 December), viewers saw Pascal come face-to-face with Lucy for the first time as the brunettes joined the rest of the gang for a holiday lodge break.
Former international gymnast Pascal admits: "Being at the lodge was difficult. The boys looked after me, so without them, it would have been 10 times worse.
"Initially, I wasn't really concerned about being in the same place as Lucy, but then obviously I could feel that there was something not right. I felt the need to speak to her and I thought we had cleared the air. I thought it was okay until we got to dinner."
At the end of last night's episode, Lucy shared a kiss with Mario before bidding farewell, which marked her departure from TOWIE. Pascal, who has starred in music videos for the likes of Pitbull, Dappy and Tinchy Stryder, isn't sure if Mario and Lucy will get back together.
"They obviously still love each other, there's no doubt about that, but sometimes people being in love doesn't always make it okay," Pascal concludes.
"If I was Lucy, I wouldn't be able to trust Mario again. But when you love someone you love someone. I know Mario still loves her 100%, you can see that, but Lucy is still confused."
Aside from Mario, Pascal was also seen sharing a hot tub with Tom Pearce in last night's show: "Tom is gorgeous and he's so nice," she said.
"We were just having a bit of a flirt. It's the first time we've really met each other. He was lovely. For now, we're just friends but you never know I guess."
Pascal, who declared that she is "totally single", did confess to having a bit of a crush on another reality star - Andy Jordan from Made in Chelsea.
"I do have a bit of a crush on him. I tweeted the other day that I needed to get my Made In Chelsea fix to see Andy! He's so cute, very cute!" she laughs.
Pascal has been working closely alongside BassBuds, headphone accessories brand - she was recently at Clothes Show Live to do signings and a 'meet & greet' on behalf of the brand.
