Former X Factor judge Tulisa will be charged with "being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs", it was confirmed by the Crown Prosecution Service, and her rep indicated that she will plead not guilty.
Tulisa was arrested in June after it was claimed in The Sun that she introduced a journalist to a drug dealer.
Following last night's revelation, Tulisa took several photographs of herself while apparently laying on her bed at home.
Alongside them, she commented: "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil."
The phrase means that situations should not be judged, otherwise they may begin to appear as genuine, and that these judgements should not be passed on to other people.
Tulisa is wearing a pair of headphones in the Instagram pictures and has her finger over her lips in the 'speak no evil' shot.
N-Dubz star Tulisa was employed as a judge on The X Factor from 2011 to 2012.
The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) has also charged Michael Coombs with supply of class A drugs.
