The 57-year-old songstress was said to have walked down the aisle in Los Angeles on Friday (6 December) in front of her mother, Katherine Jackson, and her nephew, Prince (Michael Jackson's eldest son).
But these reports have now been slammed by La Toya, who has branded the story "complete false".
A rep for the Jackson sibling set the record straight yesterday (9 December) in a statement given to Entertainment Tonight.
The statement read: "The rumours that La Toya Jackson married her longtime business partner Jeffre Phillips are completely false. The reporting outlet should be embarrassed for their mistake and at least make an effort to find facts to back up their story before reporting."
The couple got engaged earlier this year, when Jeffre popped the question on his partner's reality TV show, Life With La Toya.
Not only do they live in the same building in LA, the twosome share a very close friendship too and have known each other for years.
A source told Us Weekly: "He's always with her. They are the very best of friends and Jeffre is part of the family by now."
La Toya was previously married to her ex-manager Jack Gordon in 1989, although she later admitted this was a marriage she'd been forced into.
Following years of abuse, La Toya divorced Jack in 1996.
