Following an injury to Gaga's hip earlier this year, the eccentric chart topper was forced to cancel her remaining 'Born This Way' tour dates - much to her dismay.
But now she is gearing up to put on an even more spectacular show for her fans (also known as her 'little monsters'), by holding the ARTPOP Ball, which will be based on her latest studio album ARTPOP.
Gaga revealed her exciting news on Twitter yesterday (3 December), before catching a flight to London.
She wrote: "I am so excited to announce that after abruptly ending my tour for surgery earlier this year, I am back and starting my tour in...USA! :)
"artRave: The ARTPOP Ball will be a full on party combining music, fashion, & technology in one explosive performance!"
Apparently the show will even allow fans to watch Gaga performing from inside the stage - however that may work!
She added: "The tour will take us to another planet Galaxy-Space-Time Dance party as religion. A wild celebration of self-invention, of creative spirit."
Kicking off in Florida on 4 May, the tour will move across America and include several cities that have never hosted Gaga before, as well as cities that missed out on her 'Born This Way' tour due to cancellations.
The hit making songstress has been fairly vocal about how proud she is of the ARTPOP album and she reaffirmed those feelings last night, claiming that she listens to the record everyday.
She tweeted: "I <3 ARTPOP so much. I listen to it everyday. It has magical powers. instant good spirits. I take it everyday, right after my crazy pills.
"ARTPOP's a state of mind u must be willing for it to take over u. It bears no intellect. All feeling. Ur mind must be free to understand it."
Gaga has now landed in London and is already making her presence felt by appearing outside her hotel in another eye-catching outfit.
The 27-year-old was pictured outside the Langham hotel in the capital earlier today (4 December) wearing a giant portrait of Mona Lisa.
She also donned her favourite sky high heels and some long brown hair extensions.
Gaga's outlandish Mona Lisa dress is a far cry from the casual boyfriend jeans and chic brown bob she was seen sporting at an airport in Tokyo on Monday (2 December).
Tickets for her ARTPOP Ball tour in the US go on sale 9 December.
