The 17-year-old star was sent home from the ITV competition on Saturday 24 November, but just one week later she was back on stage and ready to perform - this time at London's G-A-Y club.
Wearing an all-black ensemble of wet-look leggings, a pair of high-top trainers and a fitted blazer, Hannah confidently took to the stage and belted out a few hits, warming up the crowd ahead of Leona's performance later in the night.
She was clearly eager to get back to what she does best, as she tweeted earlier in the day: "Performing at G-A-Y tonight is gonna be outta this world I cannot wait ahhhh!"
And although Hannah was sent home last month instead of R&B trio Rough Copy, there are no hard feelings between her and the boys, since they turned up at G-A-Y on Saturday to cheer her on. Aww!
Joey Thomas, Kazeem Ajobe and Sterling Ramsey each showed up at the famous London club to support Hannah and even arrived wearing colour co-ordinated black outfits.
Hannah, meanwhile, changed out of her black stage costume into a figure hugging red dress that made her stand out among the three boys.
Headliner of the night, Leona, looked amazing when the time came for her to perform, as she wowed the crowd in a sequin minidress and over-the-knee boots.
She also upped the ante by styling her blonde locks in tight curls.
Given that the 'Bleeding Love' songstress was crowned winner of The X Factor in 2006, it seems this Saturday night (30 November) was a real X Factor affair.
As well as bonding with Hannah backstage, no doubt Leona was also passing a few tips for victory on to Rough Copy, who have now made it through to the semi-finals of the competition after being saved by the public last night (1 December).
