The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 33, took to her official website to write exactly what she had to be thankful for at this time of year.
Posting a throwback picture of a family skiing trip spent with her late dad Robert, Kim wrote: "Thanksgiving was the holiday that I always spent with my dad skiing every year in Vail, Colorado, since I was 2 years old to 22.
"This time of year always brings back such amazing memories. I am thankful I had them. I am so thankful for my family being close and always so supportive."
She also paid tribute to her new family, baby daughter North and fiancé Kanye West, adding: "I am extra thankful this year for my baby girl and am so happy I get to spend this Thanksgiving as a family with my daughter and fiancé."
She ended the message, saying "I wish you all a good healthy happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours... Don't eat too much."
Kim's dad Robert, a lawyer, died in 2003 after battling cancer.
This year, her close-knit family cannot all be together but Kim is spending the Thanksgiving period with Kanye, 36, and North, five months, in Miami where Kanye is currently on tour.
