The 27-year-old, who is currently in Tokyo, unveiled the life-size figures to fans on Twitter yesterday, and we must admit, we had to do a double-take!
Gaga, who is posing in the middle, is sat on a couch in between the two replica's that have been dressed in her eccentric outfits and trademark towering platform heels.
The star, dressed in a pink leotard with vibrant rainbow trousers, appeared to channel the look of a mermaid Barbie, as she showed off the lifelike doppelgangers.
But these clones aren't just to be looked at, as Gaga revealed that they actually sing to you! Yes, really!
Taking to Twitter, she explained: "Who needs barbies when you can own your own life-size pop star that sings to you #gagadollz."
The Gaga Doll sings the latest tracks from the popstar's ARTPOP album when fans rest their heads against its chest. The dolls were constructed by a team of technicians and a video released by Universal Music Group Japan shows how they were made.
Gaga is no stranger to wacky creations and earlier this month, the 'Bad Romance' singer debuted the world's first high-tech flying dress, which saw her levitated inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard with her feet lifted several feet off the ground.
