Gemma was cheered on by her parents and boyfriend Rami Hawash as she collected her gong on Saturday (23 November) for her clothing brand, Gemma Collins' Collection, which she launched in July 2012.
The reality star said it was the "the best feeling ever" to pick up the award, which recognises achievements within the plus-size industry.
Accepting her award, she said: "I started the Gemma Collins' Collection because I was so fed up with not being able to find anything that I liked on the high street.
"I was also the only TOWIE star that never got sent any clothes and it really did upset me. But now I have realised how plus-size girls are excluded from the high street, my collection can only get bigger."
Gemma looked gorgeous in a flattering knee-length black dress from her own collection and she couldn't stop grinning after her win!
Taking to Twitter last night, a shocked Gemma continued: "Thank you, thank you, thank you for my award last night can't stop staring at it x."
She later added: "British Plus-Size Fashion Designer award in my hands such an amazing achievement THANK YOU."
Gemma received loads of congratulatory messages from fans and fellow celebrities, including Lisa Riley, Josie Gibson and Jeff Brazier.
Posing for a photo with her mum and dad, Gemma said: "Lovely to spend the evening with my family don't get to do it often #mumanddad."
Rami was most certainly a proud boyfriend, and planted a kiss on Gemma before gushing about her on Twitter. Sharing one photo of the pair, Rami said: "Me and @missgemcollins what a girl."
He later added: "So proud @missgemcollins you so deserve this when you wake me up at 4 am to go to work x."
