The couple joined Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh, X Factor host Dermot O'Leary and Xtra Factor's Caroline Flack for a bite to eat at C London on Sunday evening (17 November).
Although the group had just seen another contestant leave during the results show, they all seemed to be in high spirits as they left the exclusive restaurant.
Sharon and Ozzy went through a rough patch in their marriage earlier this year but look to be stronger than ever now.
Sharon was beaming – but, then again, her only remaining act, Sam Bailey, is being showered with praise week in week out so she has plenty to smile about!
Following the Saturday night live show, a clearly proud Sharon tweeted: "Sam Bailey has done me so proud tonight! She has never once let me down and has the voice of a GODDESS!"
Sharon lost her two other acts – Lorna Simpson and Shelley Smith – in the first two weeks of competition.
Last night it was fellow judge Louis' turn to lose a contestant when his act Sam Callahan was sent home following a sing off with another of his acts, Luke Friend. They landed in the bottom two after the public votes were counted from the Great British Songbook-themed performance show.
Louis abstained from voting leaving it to the majority vote of Gary and Sharon to save Luke and eliminate Sam. He has another act still in the running, Nicholas McDonald.
After the show, however, he looked happy (as always!) when he was snapped leaving C London holding hands with a female friend.
The award for happiest judge, though, goes to Gary, who looked in a celebratory mood, pumping his fists for the cameras. Gary, who was joined by wife Dawn at dinner, had performed on the results show earlier in the night. Perhaps a post-performance high? Or he was still happy about his last remaining group, Rough Copy, making it through to another week?
Meanwhile, the always gorgeous Nicole pulled off another style win in a simple yet chic combo of black crop top and tailored black trousers.
Her two remaining girls, Tamera Foster and Hannah Barrett, have both gone through to next week.
It wasn't just a judges' night out yesterday as X Factor host Dermot and his beautiful wife Dee joined in the fun, as did Xtra Factor presenter Caroline, who flaunted her tanned legs in a short black coat and a-mazing zebra print heels.
X Factor continues on Saturday night on ITV.
