The Olympic swimmer says: "He is beautiful and he would be someone to stare at. But he'd also have some pretty good stories to share!"
Rebecca, 24, is one of ten celebrities who will enter the Australian jungle on Sunday night (17 November) when the brand new run of the ITV show kicks off. Exciting!
She says one of the toughest things will be leaving fiancé Harry at home. "It's the longest we have been apart," she says. "I have been away in the past for two to three weeks but at least we had Skype. I am also going to miss my two little dogs too!"
We all cheered Rebecca on during the London 2012 Olympics when she was one of the names on everyone's lips thanks to her swimming success. But despite us all knowing her name, she says going in the jungle will give the UK a chance to really come to know who she is.
"For me, it's all about people getting to know me better, having some fun and enjoying myself. I never ever expected to be on a celebrity show. It's going to be lovely getting to know the human, normal side of people and supporting each other as much as we can. I just want to try my best."
She adds: "It's a once in a lifetime opportunity. It's a chance for me to do something completely different in my life."
"I am also looking forward to being part of a team again. Since I retired, I have missed that team environment and so I am really looking forward to feeling like a big family, enjoying working together and being part of all the banter. I see myself as a team player and I think my role in the camp will be to be the little helper. I am happy to pull my weight."
I'm A Celebrity starts Sunday, 17 November at 9pm on ITV.
