The blonde popstar is one of ten celebrities entering the Australian jungle on Sunday night (17 November) when the new series of the ITV show kicks off. We can't wait!
Kian admits that he's an "emotional" guy, adding: "I wouldn't be surprised if [I cry in the jungle]. It's going to be a very tough environment with a lack of communication. Not being in contact is hard."
He's leaving his wife, actress Jodi Albert, and their son Koa at home. Koa will turn two in December.
"Without a shadow of doubt, the hardest thing is going to be being away from my boy. I am not going to be able to see him or know what is going on with him. That will be tough. I went away recently on a surfing holiday with some friends for two weeks, but at least I could still see my son and his progression.
"I am going to miss him so much. I have been away from my wife, Jodi, before but again it is going to be very difficult to not have any contact."
Kian adds that Jodi is "really supportive" of him entering the jungle. "She thinks I will be able to cope with it very well. I've watched the show for so many years and I love it."
As for whether he wants to fly home as King of the Jungle, he said: "Of course it would be amazing to win it but my aim is to go in and have a good time. It's a big adventure and I am really looking forward to the whole experience."
I'm A Celebrity starts Sunday, 17 November at 9pm on ITV.
