At Lewis Bloor's 80s-themed birthday party, Mario and Lucy had a heart-to-heart where they admitted that they were still in love with each other.
Mario asked Lucy for another chance and said he will leave her to decide if they have a future together.
Taking part in a Twitter Q&A straight after the show, Mario confirmed that he is no longer with Essex model Pascal. He told fans: "Me and Pascal have unfortunately ended. My heart wants Lucy."
Speaking about Lucy, Mario added: "If I'm honest, yeah, I think we're meant to be. The ball is in her court at the moment."
Mario only confirmed that he was in a new relationship with Pascal last week, where he said he was "happy" and "moving forward".
Pascal even made her debut on TOWIE during Sunday's episode (10 November), where she and Mario enjoyed a double date with Charlie Sims and Ferne McCann.
Mario's declaration of love came as a shock to fans and Pascal, who tweeted after the show: "Shocking." She later added: "Thank you for the positive comments and for the negatives I'm only human ... I knew as much as you did. #nicepeople."
During the show last night, Lucy also broke up with Tom Pearce, after admitting that she still had feelings for Mario and found it hard to accept that he had moved on with Pascal.
Lucy took part in the Twitter Q&A and said: "I'm very much single at the moment, but after the 80s party my head's a bit all over the place and I'm confused."
