Three-year-old Eliza was bundled up against the chilly morning in a stylish coat and fluffy boots as she met Santa Claus and got up close to a reindeer.
Natalie, meanwhile, looked great in an olive green dress, oversized black coat and black leather boots.
London Zoo's Santa Experience launches on 16 November and runs on specific dates until Christmas Eve. Visitors can meet Santa and his reindeers and also take part in the Keeper's Little Helpers sessions, where they'll help zoo keepers prepare treats and presents for animals.
There is also arts and crafts, gingerbread decorating, competitions and storytelling.
Meanwhile, in related festive news, Natalie is counting down the days until her Christmas pantomime, Jack And The Beanstalk, opens at the Thameside Theatre, Essex.
It runs from 6 December until 5 January.
Natalie, who plays a fairy in the show, tweeted last month: "I am counting down the days until I start my first panto! Please treat the family and come to thameside theatre grays, Essex for great fun!"
She told the Chelmsford Weekly News that she was inspired to take on the role for her daughter Eliza, explaining: "I have never done one before and I wanted her to experience the magic of it and seeing me up there… When I come home from panto rehearsals in the evening, I say, 'Eliza I met the princess and Jack today' and she is absolutely beside herself!"
After that, she'll be back on our screens again (woo!) as Sonia Jackson in EastEnders. BBC confirmed in October that Natalie – who has played the role for 14 years – will return for an exciting storyline in January.
She tweeted after the news was announced: "So excited to be going back to the square permanently. Thank you all for your lovely comments. Cannot wait to get back to acting again."
