Lily, 28, tweeted a link to her new music this week, and in the video she can be seen lying on an operating theatre having liposuction because she's "let herself go" after having two children.
Scroll down for the video.
Soon, Lily is off the table and singing: "I don't need to shake my a*** for you 'cos I've got a brain."
She can also be seen dancing around with scantily clad women during the video, in which Lily makes her feelings about the portrayal of women in the music industry clear.
She sings: "If you're not a size 6 and you're not good looking, well you'd better be rich or be real good at cooking."
It's Lily's first solo single in three years, as she famously retired from her music career to have her two children, Ethel and Marnie, with her husband Sam Cooper.
Lily also parodies Robin Thicke in the vid. Remember how he bragged about his manhood in the video for 'Blurred Lines'? Lily used the same set-up for her video, dancing in front of inflatable balloons which spell out: "Lily Allen has a baggy p****."
After releasing a link to the video, Lily was inundated with messages from fans who loved the song. She tweeted: "I am honestly on the verge of tears. So overwhelmed by your feedback."
Lily's new single, 'Hard Out Here', is available to buy from Sunday 17 November on Regal Recordings. She's also working on her third studio album, which is set for release next year.
