The 'Bad Romance' singer has been confirmed for the second day of the annual charity concert held at London's O2 Arena on Sunday 8 December.
Gaga, who is known for eccentric sense of style, delivered a series of raunchy performances when she was in London last month. Not only did she strip naked at G-A-Y, but she also stripped down to her nude underwear when she was on stage on The X Factor!
Speaking to Capital DJ Dave Berry, Gaga declared: "I wouldn't do anything like that for a radio show because there are a lot of families that come to these sort of things. No, don't worry, I won't be taking my clothes off!"
Dave then asked if he could hang out with Gaga backstage and even offered to give her a foot massage! Seemingly quashing reports that she has split from her hunky actor boyfriend, Taylor Kinney, Gaga replied: "He [Dave] is welcome to come and hang out with us, I'll make him a cup of tea.
"I don't know if I need a foot massage. I don't know if my boyfriend would like that, or my fans either, they'd get jealous!"
Joining Gaga on Sunday night's line-up will be Jessie J, Little Mix, Dizzee Rascal, Rudimental, Lawson, The Vamps, John Newman and Jason Derulo.
Jessie, who is currently on the road for her 'Alive Tour', is known for wowing the crowds with her powerhouse vocals, but also for turning heads in her eye-catching stage costumes.
However, the 25-year-old singer insists that she never dresses "girly". She explained: "I don't ever dress up in a girly way... I'm the kind of girl that goes to a fancy dress party, as you know, a toilet roll!"
Meanwhile, 28-year-old Dizzee is looking forward to performing a music set after a successful year in the charts. He also appears to have friends in high places, after revealing that he hung out with Jay-Z, Chris Martin and Tinie Tempah in London last month, after Jay's concert at the O2.
Dizzee explained: "He [Chris Martin] actually came out with Tinie Tempah and brought me round to Jay's dressing room."
Yesterday, the Capital breakfast show revealed that Katy Perry will headline day one of the ball on Saturday 7 December. 'Roar' singer Katy will be joined by the likes of Ellie Goulding, James Arthur and Union J.
Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball raises money for the station's flagship charity, Help A Capital Child. Tickets for the Sunday show (8 December 2013) are on sale from this Friday (8 November) at 8am from www.capitalfm.com and the ticket hotline 0330 33 33 958.
