The reality stars showed their loyalty to one another by getting the designs on their body... but not to worry, it's only a temporary transfer!
Spencer and Jamie got the tattoos on MIC's brand new online spin-off show, Mad On Chelsea, which aired on 4oD last night (16 October).
The pair were challenged to get tattoos of each other's faces by the show's host Jenny Bede, to show "their true mark of friendship".
While Spencer got Jamie's face transferred onto his chest, Jamie got Spencer's face printed on the side of his neck!
We reckon Spencer was smart having it on an area which he could cover up though, as it seems Jamie will have to wrap a scarf around his neck if he wants his new tattoo to go unnoticed.
Although there's no need for the boys to fret, as the tattoos will only last for seven days!
As Jamie and Spencer cuddled up together to show off their new tattoos, they said out loud: "That's bromance right there!"
Spencer also showed off his portrait tattoo of Jamie while out last night and bumped into co-star Rosie Fortescue, who took a photo of his new design.
Taking to Twitter, Rosie said: "Just bumped into the pug @SpencerGeorgeM showing off his new tattoo of @JamieLaing_UK. #dedication."
Made In Chelsea continues next Monday (21 October) at 10pm on E4.
