The 'Stay' singer enjoyed a family day out to the aquarium in Cape Town where she was joined by her cousins, auntie and mother.
Sharing a handful of photos on Twitter, RiRi said: "Aquarium visit with the fam today in Cape Town, good times."
For the trip, the fashion icon wore a printed black jumper teamed with black trousers and zebra print creepers.
Rocking her trademark red lipstick and black sunglasses, the singer later took off her jumper, wearing just a white collared crop top.
Enjoying some downtime with the family, Rihanna showed off her new Maori hand tattoo as she posed with her female relatives.
Rihanna got up close with the animals, even going into the pens and striking her signature pose. Squaring up to a penguin, she joked: "B**** stole my look."
But the animal fun didn't stop there, as on Monday (14 October) Rihanna showed off her wild side by casually hanging out with the wildlife.
The songstress posed next to a cheetah, fed a giraffe and cosied up to a lion cub in its den!
The 25-year-old, who was dressed in a white t-shirt and knee-high camouflage boots, looked in her element as she was captured making friends with the animals.
Rihanna is currently in South Africa playing two concert dates. After performing one concert on Sunday 13 October in Johannesburg, she will play her final date in Cape Town on Wednesday (16 October), before heading to Dubai over the weekend.
Rihanna also celebrated a new landmark in her tour, after becoming the youngest ever performer to sell out the Johannesburg stadium.
