The actress, who plays Coach Beiste on the comedy series, proposed to Bridgett during a visit to Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Friday (4 October).
She popped the question beside the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Dot-Marie hinted at good news in a Twitter picture posted to her account that same day, which was simply captioned: "SO HAPPY!!"
Bridgett then tweeted: "Thank you @dotmariejones for making me the happiest woman in the world. #engaged."
Dot-Marie and Bridgett have been together three years.
"It's the happiest day of my life," Dot-Marie told The Advocate. "I never thought I'd find somebody that is so loving and kind."
It's not the only Glee engagement this month: co-star Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, accepted a proposal from musician boyfriend Big Sean.
