The Liberty X star, who is expecting her second baby with husband Hugh Hanley, showed off her growing baby bump while surprising a heroic girl at her school in Basildon, Essex.
Michelle, 34, mixed smart with casual perfectly, opting to wear leggings, a Union Jack T-shirt and a neutral tailored blazer.
Michelle is an ambassador for Little Heroes, a competition created by Wacky Warehouse and Fayre & Square to recognise brave children who have put others before themselves.
The Big Reunion star selected seven-year-old Kelly King as the winner and visited her school assembly to present her with a trophy.
Kelly saved her mum's life during an epileptic seizure by calling 999 and calmly following the operator's instructions until help arrived. The school girl also carried her two-year-old daughter out of the kitchen and into the living room so she wouldn't feel frightened by what was going on.
Michelle, who is already mum to one-year-old daughter Faith, struggled to hold back tears as she chatted to Kelly about her act of bravery.
Speaking afterwards, she said: "It must have been so terrifying for Kelly to see her mum having an epileptic seizure, she was one very brave little girl.
"Her story really touched me and brought a tear to my eye both when reading it and then meeting her in person. She showed great strength at such a scary time."
