Since I Saw You Last will be the X Factor judge's first solo album in fourteen years. His last one was 1999's Twelve Months, Eleven Days.
The album, which is released 25 November through Polydor Records, will feature a duet with Sir Elton John, written by Gary, called 'Face To Face'.
The first single from the new record will be 'Let Me Go', which premiered on YouTube last night and is released 17 November. It's been described as an "intriguing shuffle in song style", featuring a "beautifully simple acoustic guitar riff that forms the basis of the entire song before breaking into one of the catchiest choruses in recent memory."

Gary filmed the video for 'Let Me Go' on the streets of New York. It was directed by Ben Winston, who produced the recent One Direction movie and previously worked with Gary on Diamond Jubilee documentary Gary Barlow: On Her Majesty's Service.
