The singer posted a snap on her Instagram account on Wednesday (2 October) that showed her standing in what looks like a recording studio and wearing some grey jeans that could almost have been spray painted on.
She jokingly captioned the photo: "How many stretches, lunges, and squats do you think I did today to get into these trousers? #unexpectedyogaclass"
We can imagine some serious flexibility was needed!
Cheryl teamed her skinnies with a pair of cobalt blue boots, a matching blue T-shirt and a cosy navy blue jacket.
She also tied her hair up and covered her face with a black baseball cap.
Now that she and her Girls Aloud bandmates have gone their separate ways for good, it wouldn't be surprising to see Cheryl continue with her flourishing solo career and working on her fourth studio album, which is apparently set for release in 2014.
And it seems as though Cheryl was reminiscing about her time as a one-woman performer yesterday too, since she uploaded a couple of pictures from her first solo concert tour, the A Million Lights tour, which kicked off in October 2012.
She wrote beside one of the photos: "#Tbt 1 year ago today I was preparing myself for my first ever solo arena tour!! Take me backkkkkk !!"
Despite Girls Aloud splitting up, the Newcastle native has remained particularly close to bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh, with Nicola even rumoured to be appearing on a track on Cheryl's new album.
Last weekend Cheryl enjoyed some time off from work at an NFL game with her boyfriend Tre Holloway.
