The 25-year-old looked radiant in a black embellished knee-length Prey of London dress, as she posed for photographers on the pink carpet outside the ceremony at Cadogan Hall.
The songstress, who recently posed nude as the new face of PETA, did more than just toast the awards winners of the night.
Alex, who has just returned from a trip to New York, also provided the entertainment and showed off her vocal abilities in a stunning performance.
Guests including TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh, praised the 2008 X Factor winner for her powerhouse vocals. Lucy said: "@alexandramusic performance was incredible at the #inspirationawardsforwomen last night! x."
Despite Alex's successful music career, the 'Bad Boys' singer confessed she was still nervous about performing. Taking to Twitter at the end of the night, she admitted: "Aww that was fun. Can't believe how nervous I was... @womensawards ! Thanks for having me".
"Nothing beats having your parents at a show watching .. Just having them in the audience tonight meant the world. Love you mama and Papa x," she added.
