The pop star joined over 84, 000 football fans at Wembley Stadium on Sunday (29 September) to watch the Minnesota Vikings take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in a nail biting NFL match and even went along with a customised Minnesota team jersey.
Cheryl, 30, showed her followers on Instagram that she was making an effort to get into the NFL spirit with her very own shirt in the Vikings' signature purple colour. And it even had 'Chezza' written on the back.
She captioned the snap of her jersey: "So I decided I support the purple team because my girl friend from America does".
We wonder backing dancer beau Tre, who accompanied her to the game, also influenced that decision?!
But it seems like having Newcastle-born Chezza cheering them on at the stadium brought the Vikings some luck, as they beat the Steelers 34-27 - although, Cheryl admitted that she's been struggling to understand the rules of the sport!
She wrote on Instagram: "At my first American football NFL game.. I have to say the atmosphere is amazing!! But I have no idea why or what us happening, but I swear I'm trying".
We're sure Tre gave her a few pointers.
The night before, the Girls Aloud songstress and her man had enjoyed a meal with friends in the capital at Sushi Samba.
Cheryl - who recently unveiled a shockingly large tattoo on her bum - dressed to impress for the evening in a quirky monochrome outfit that reportedly cost £2,400.
And clearly unconcerned with the hefty price tag, the singer posted a snap of herself blowing a kiss to the camera in her ensemble and added the caption: "A kiss for my accountant..."
Well, that brings a whole new meaning to "if you've got it, flaunt it"!
