The lothario was joined by co-stars Binky Felstead and Victoria Baker Harper who helped him to toast his first memoir, Confessions Of A Chelsea Boy.
Spencer came dressed to impress at the launch held at the Soho hotel, dressed in a smart navy suede blazer with a red handkerchief. He teamed his jacket with a crisp white shirt, black jeans and smart tan shoes.
It wasn't long before Spencer got in the party spirit though, as he was later seen clutching two bottles while chatting to guests.
Unsurprisingly, none of Spencer's former loves and co-stars, Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson, made an appearance. We also couldn't see Spencer's best mates, Jamie Laing and Oliver Proudlock, either. Maybe they were hiding from the cameras?
Binky wore an orange top, black furry cardigan and leather-look trousers, which she teamed with orange heeled sandals! We love them!
Before heading to the party she said: "On way to little puggys book launch!! I'm SURE this is going to be an interesting naughty read .. @SpencerGeorgeM . Well done. Xx."
Victoria also looked effortlessly stylish in her black outfit, wearing a slinky dress teamed with shoe boots and a white handbag - very chic!
Confessions of a Chelsea Boy is billed as an honest and revealing account of Spencer's life, which will focus on life before he joined MIC. He also spills the beans on "the four loves of his life so far".
