As previously confirmed, Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch, Mikey Graham and Keith Duffy will also play eighteen dates across November and December to mark twenty years since their breakout performance on Irish TV show The Late Late Show.
They will also remember late bandmate Stephen Gately, who passed away in 2009.
The tour will kick off in their home country of Ireland with dates in Dublin and Belfast, before moving to Scotland, Wales and England, ending with a performance in Manchester on 22 December.
Aside from touring, the foursome will also release a new album, BZ20, on 25 November. It will be their first offering through a new recording deal with Warner Music.
Boyzone said: "We're incredibly proud to announce the release of our new album, BZ20 and our new home at Warner Music. It seems crazy that 20 years have passed since we first got together but we are as excited now with the new album as we were back then. Bring on the next twenty years…"
Dan Chalmers, Managing Director of Rhino added: "I'm thrilled to welcome Boyzone to the Warner Music family. They've enjoyed great success over the last twenty years and still command a huge amount of passion from their impressive fanbase. We look forward to partnering with them on the release of their fantastic new album and helping them to embark upon the next stage in their career."
