The model wore black jeans, a simple black shirt and brown ankle boots as she kicked off her Tuesday (24 September) with a round of publicity for the BBC dancing competition.
Abbey was also clutching a cup of coffee - fuel after all those gruelling dance rehearsals!
The mum-of-one is teamed with new professional dancer Aljaz Skorjanec, who is a 19-time champion in Ballroom and Latin. He started dancing at the age of five and has been representing his country on the dancefloor for more than a decade.
Abbey is clearly in good hands, then!
Yesterday, the wife of footballer Peter Crouch admitted she was getting "nervous" ahead of this Friday's first live performances, but did say Aljaz has been a "great teacher".
And Aljaz is clearly happy with Abbey's progress as he told her yesterday, "Almost there now! Great job!!". Abbey responded: "Eek not sure about that but thank u."
But just because Abbey has been working hard ahead of her dancefloor debut doesn't mean she's not finding time to unwind.
Last night she tweeted a picture of herself in bed, saying she was settling in to a night of watching Breaking Bad on the laptop with Peter.
No doubt Peter will be in the audience when Abbey makes her debut this weekend - he was there looking very proud when the series kicked off earlier this month, and has visited Abbey and Aljaz during rehearsals.
According to The Mirror, Abbey has even been getting Peter to help her with some of the trickier moves at home - and is attempting to teach him the waltz.
