Spotted at a local sports centre in Manchester on Sunday (22 September), the soap opera rivalry was taken to a new level, as the girls got stuck into a game of netball alongside professional team Manchester Thunder.
The match was organised by Corrie's Samia Ghadie in aid of ITV's annual charity fundraiser Text Santa, and she was joined by fellow stars of the Street: Brooke Vincent, Jane Danson and Katy Cavanagh.
Their team wore black and yellow, while Emmerdale donned pink and purple kits.
Playing for the Emmerdale side were Charlie Webb and Alison King, who put in a good effort against their Corrie opponents, although they ended up missing out on the winning title.
Following an intense game, Coronation Street emerged victorious and beat their Yorkshire rivals with an impressive 33 points - five more than Emmerdale's 28.
After the match, 31-year-old Samia graciously tweeted: "We won!!! Thanks so much to everybody who took part and came to watch @thundernetball, well done Emmerdale!"
She was supported at the soap opera face-off by ice skater boyfriend Sylvain Longchambon, who she famously began dating after being paired with him on the latest series of Dancing On Ice.
The couple were seen holding hands and looking loved-up outside the sporting venue.
