The British girl band - Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards - have been working on their second studio album for most of the year and aim to beat the success of their debut offering DNA.
Now they've enlisted the help of Nicola, who has been putting her songwriting talents to good use!
This is actually the second time that Nicola has worked with the girls, as she wrote 'Going Nowhere' for their first album. All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis has also collaborated with the pop group on new material.
Speaking about their new album in a live studio stream last week, Jesy said: "I would personally say the new album is a step up. It's more R&B and mature. It's just cooler.
"There are more vocal harmonies and I think everyone has pushed their vocals this year."
Hailing as winners of The X Factor in 2011, Little Mix have since achieved numerous chart-topping hits in the UK, and have also taken the US by storm.
In June, the girls celebrated chart success after DNA debuted in the US charts at No. 4 - making it the best selling debut album by a British girl group in the States.
