This week it was confirmed that Big Brother host host Emma Willis would co-present the singing competition show following the departures of original hosts Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates.
Now, Marvin is set to complete the presenting line-up, joining Emma for the brand new third series which returns in January, reports The Sun.
A source told the newspaper that Marvin was "nervous but excited" to be stepping into the role, explaining that bosses think he will have "great chemistry" with Emma.
The source added: "He's got a few months to brush up on his presenting skills before the live shows, but he'll go straight into the recorded rounds very soon."
Marvin is no stranger to presenting - aside from being the voice of the weekend on Capital FM, in August, Marvin joined his wife, Rochelle Humes, to co-host ITV's This Morning.
Marvin, who is continuing with his JLS commitments before the band call it quits at the end of the year, also interviews international music stars for Daybreak with a list that includes Alicia Keys, Selena Gomez and more recently, music legend Elton John.
The BBC are set to announce the second presenter alongside Emma next week.
