The songstress is seen flaunting her killer abs and trim figure on the cover of October's SHAPE magazine and we can't help but notice how similar her outfit is to the army themed 'Survivor' costumes.
Back in 2001, Destiny's Child made camouflage ultra cool by rocking tonnes of it in their visual for the Grammy-nominated single. Could Kelly be bringing it back now?
The 32-year-old also donned a tiny pair of black bikini bottoms for her SHAPE cover, as well as adding blonde highlights to her hairstyle.
But there's no doubt that her enviably athletic body is what everyone is instantly drawn to.
Kelly has made no secret about the fact that she works hard to achieve her beach-ready body shape and revealed in SHAPE that she is committed to training up to six times a week and rarely indulges in any naughty food.
She particularly focuses on tightening and lifting her bum, as she admits that her family are known for having big bottoms!
"As I'm getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt," she explained. "The other day, [my trainer] had me doing squats that were so hard I wanted to kill her."
Earlier this year, Kelly's former band mate Beyoncé graced the cover of SHAPE and produced an equally impressive cover photo.
How is it possible that their abs of steel have barely changed since their Destiny's Child days?!
Kelly is currently starring as a judge on The X Factor USA and wowed at the show's launch party last week, where she stepped out in a smart, grey tailored top and a matching skirt that featured a split through the middle.
The October issue of SHAPE is on sale now.
