We chatted with Bobby after he'd hosted a glamorous catwalk show for London Hair Fashion Week in association with Tatiana Hair Extensions, held in the capital on Wednesday night (11 September).
Bobby introduced the models as they hit the catwalk, telling the audience - that included Lauren Goodger - what they were wearing and the inspiration behind their avant garde hairstyles.
(We have to say, we think he was fab - and so did ex-TOWIE star Lauren, who told us she'd enjoyed watching him. Somebody get Bobby his own TV hosting show, now!)
He was in high spirits when we caught up with him afterwards - not that it's a surprise considering the TOWIE cast are currently packing their bags and preparing to jet off to Las Vegas to film two hour-long episodes!
"I can't wait," he told us. "I've never been to Vegas so I'll be losing my Vegas virginity! We haven't a clue yet what we'll be doing but I have a few ideas of what I'd like it to include: pool parties and fit men! Me and a couple of the girls are single now so we'll be going over there to have some fun."
Filming abroad isn't new to the cast, who have taped in Marbella before, but Vegas is a whole different league.
Bobby said: "We're going out of Europe so it will go crazy! Get ready U S of A because Essex is coming! People say it's like Disneyland for adults so get us out there! I can't wait to play some roulette. I can't play poker though. Well, maybe strip poker! Anything could happen! You might be seeing a bit more of me this time. Bobby bares all on ITV2!"
He added: "I hope the viewers really love it. ITV2 have been so amazing to send us out there; we're so lucky. I'm just over the moon!"
One person who won't be joining Bobby in Vegas, however, is Charlie King, who announced this week he's leaving the show.
"I think he decided it was the right time for him to move on and start doing other stuff," said Bobby. "It will be sad to not have him in America but we're still friends. Just because you don't work with someone anymore doesn't mean you don't see them. I wish him the best of luck and I hope he's really happy."
Meanwhile, one of Bobby's other co-stars, Gemma Collins, is the latest celebrity to back animal rights organisation PETA, stripping off for some very glamorous campaign photos that were unveiled in Piccadilly Circus, London this week.
Bobby told us: "How beautiful does she look? I think I'm a bit bisexual after looking at Gemma! I'd strip off for PETA if they asked me. I'm glad Gemma is doing it. No one should be wearing fur. It's 2013. Let the animals keep their fur."
And what about co-star Mario Falcone making the Celebrity Big Brother final tonight?
"I think he'll win," said Mario. "Him or maybe Charlotte Crosby. I just want Mario to do well and bring the title back to Essex!"
