JLS hit the Fusion Festival stage as a trio this weekend, as group member Oritsé Williams was busy competing on new ITV show, Stepping Out.

Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold and JB Gill each gave a great performance at the Cofton Park venue in Birmingham on Saturday (31 August), singing a medley of their smash hit singles and busting their trademark dance moves.

They even co-ordinated their outfits in true JLS fashion by sporting a cool mix of light denim shirts and maroon coloured shirts.

However, we have to admit that it was a little strange to see the three boys up there without Oritsé by their side.

26-year-old Oritsé is currently taking part in ITV's Stepping Out, a brand new dance competition that sees himself and girlfriend AJ Azari teaming up and tackling various dance genres each week.

The couple made their dancing debut on Saturday night and got off to a great start, as they wowed viewers with a tap dance that earned them a top score.

Of course, Oritsé had a great deal of support from his band mates on the night, with Marvin tweeting afterwards: "Well done @Oritse and @AJAzari proud of you!!! Smashed it tonight!!!! See you tomo big love!!!x"

It sounds like Oritsé's impressive performance called for a celebration over the weekend too, since he was later seen tweeting about how much fun he was having at the W hotel - until the hangover kicked in!

On Sunday morning he tweeted: "I'm still Crunk ! Head spinning and I won't even go into what happened last night.... @AJAzari had to look after me."

Meanwhile, over at the Fusion Festival on Sunday Marvin also cheered on wife Rochelle, who put on a sizzling show with The Saturdays.

However, JLS weren't the only group missing a member on stage, as The Saturdays performed without pregnant band mate Frankie Sandford.

Luckily these guys still know how to impress when they're one man (or woman) down!
