Francis opened up about the forthcoming new series of MIC, revealing that Spencer's romance with girlfriend Stephanie Pratt may not last because of his womanising ways.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Francis explained: "Is Steph the girl to tame him? Who knows? This is the question on everyone's mind with every girl Spencer is with.
"Spencer cares a lot more about being seen as a playboy lothario than his actual personal achievements. However, everyone changes."
Spencer has been at the centre of love storylines since the reality show first aired. In the past two series, viewers have witnessed Spencer's fiery relationship with Louise Thompson and more recently, his failed romance with Lucy Watson, after he admitted to cheating on her in Greece.
Now Stephanie, who has been dating Spencer since earlier this summer, is expected to make her debut in the next series when it returns later this year.
But so far, the couple look to be going from strength-to-strength, and Spencer has been quite the romantic whisking Stephanie off to Greece last week, and treating her to her very first polo match with the MIC cast earlier this month.
Despite departures from original cast members Millie Mackintosh and Ollie Locke, Francis added that the BAFTA award-winning reality show will continue to get "better and better" with each season.
