The former couple ended their relationship on bad terms, after ladies man Spencer admitted to cheating on Lucy while away on holiday in Greece.
And to make things a little more awkward, Spencer swiftly hooked up with ex Hills star Stephanie Pratt, who will appear in the new series of MIC.
However, the notorious Lothario and ex-girlfriend Lucy put their differences aside last night (20 August) to support co-star and good friend Proudlock as he launched his new collaboration with footwear designer Oliver Sweeney in London.
Spencer was all smiles at the bash, held at Harvey Nichols, and wore a smart blue shirt with black jeans and Converse trainers.
Meanwhile, Lucy did a good job of showing her former flame what he's missing by stepping out in cute dungarees that showed off her enviable tan. She teamed her one-piece with a cropped top that flashed a little skin and completed her look with a silver clutch and peep-toe heels.
She was joined by fellow MIC cast member Rosie Fortescue, who also dressed to impress in a tartan skirt and an interesting leather jacket with sheer sleeves.
Other stars at the launch party included Lucy's flatmate Stevie Johnson, MIC newbie Josh Coombs, rapper Mikill Pane and model BB Kaye. But perhaps the real VIP for Proudlock was his girlfriend Grace McGovern.
Grace proved to be the perfect supportive partner, as she accompanied her designer beau to his launch and looked effortlessly glamorous for the occasion too.
The brunette beauty wore a pair of pretty shorts, which featured a sheer layer over the top and a sparkly navy blue bomber jacket. We love her smart-casual mix!
Although it is unclear how long Proudlock and Grace have been an official item, the couple seem to be getting rather serious, since they have had each others' initials tattooed on their bodies!
The pair debuted their 'his and hers' body art at MIC star Andy Jordan's music showcase last week.
