The X Factor winner, 25, was looking forward to performing at the music festival, but has been forced to pull out because of a "severe throat infection".
The organisers announced on Twitter last night (Aug 16) that the Middlesbrough-born singer is too ill to perform.
On their official festival account, they posted: "It's with regret James Arthur is unable to perform this weekend due to a severe throat infection.
"We wish him a speedy recovery."

James was due to play the 4Music stage alongside Labrinth and Conor Maynard.
Earlier this month, James announced the details of his second single, 'You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You'.
The track will be the follow-up to his 1.3million-selling debut single 'Impossible' which went to number one after he won The X Factor.
