Speaking on her Kris chatshow in the US on Tuesday (13 August), the matriarch insisted photos of North are not for sale.
Discussing the rumoured $3 million offered to Kim and Kanye, she said: "I don't know what they've been offered, to be honest with you, because we aren't accepting or entertaining any offers for photos. The picture is not for sale."
Kris' co-host Harvey Levin, the TMZ founder, then asked why Kim and Kanye wouldn't accept the offer and give the money to charity.
"I'm sure at some point that might have been a consideration," replied Kris. "I think at this point in time, she's almost two months old, it's just not something we're thinking about. They are resting at home."
Kim gave birth to her first child at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on 15 June.
She hasn't been seen in public since then, except for a three-second Keek video focusing on her face and a pre-recorded video appearance on Kris' show, where she chose not to mention her daughter.
Kris' confirmation the baby pictures aren't for sale came a day after rumours emerged that Kim and Kanye were considering another two options for introducing North to the world.
Sources have suggested they could release a photo of the baby to a high-end, glossy magazine or follow in the footsteps of Beyonce and Jay-Z by posting the first picture of their child on a social network.
Kim's rapper boyfriend Kanye has been seen out in public since North's birth, most recently arriving in Mykonos, Greece for a holiday with friends.
According to one report, however, he decided to fly home to LA early after missing his girlfriend and daughter. Another source claimed he was simply there for a two-day business trip.
