The actress' popularity has soared over the last year, especially after she was offered a highly coveted role in adventure film The Hunger Games and then bagged a number of awards for her performance in the romantic comedy Silver Linings Playbook.
But it all appears to have become a little too much for Jennifer to take in, as she revealed to Vogue in their upcoming September issue.
"I teeter on seeming ungrateful when I talk about this, but I'm kind of going through a meltdown about it lately," she said.
"All of a sudden the entire world feels entitled to know everything about me... I am just not okay with it. It's as simple as that."
However, the 22-year-old's fame is no doubt set to grow even more in the coming months.
Not only is Jennifer starring in the Hunger Games follow-up, Catching Fire, she will also be reprising her role as Mystique in X-Men: Days of Future Past.
For a woman that is admittedly uncomfortable with being in the spotlight, it is then surprising to hear that Jennifer has always had a feeling that she would be famous.
She told Vogue: "I've never said this before, because there is no way to say it without it being completely misunderstood, but ever since I was really little, I always had a very normal idea of what I wanted: I was going to be a mum and I was going to be a doctor and I was going to live in Kentucky. But I always knew that I was going to be famous."
Jennifer is rumoured to be back in the arms of her British ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult, who she met on the set of X Men: First Class. The couple dated for two years before splitting up this January due to conflicting work schedules.
Maybe they've grown close again now that they're working together on the latest X Men film?
