Recalling the night at London's DSTRKT nightclub, Strictly Come Dancing star Chelsee, 25, admits she was left shaken and upset and reveals it's not the first time she's been targeted.
"I'd been in the club with friends having a dance and it was really hot in there so we'd come out for some fresh air. Literally as soon as we'd stepped out the club I just felt a massive bumph on my head and I was like 'What's that?'" she tells us.
"My friends were quite a bit behind me following me out, meanwhile a girl had come up behind me and when I looked at the back, she ran off. It was so random.
"I'm not sure if she'd followed me out the club to know I was going out, or she'd been outside already because she came from behind, so I couldn't work out where she'd come from.
"I was just so shocked and stunned, I couldn't believe it. It took me a moment to take in what had just happened.
"She had blonde hair and she was a bit of a chunk but I don't think I'd recognise her again because she ran off so quickly. Besides, if I saw her again I think I'd just stay away.
"It wasn't nice at all. First it was just in shock then, once it sunk in, I got really upset. I'm an emotional kind of girl anyway, so if someone's going to come and punch me there will be tears.
"I wasn't badly bruised but I could feel it and the next day it was still quite sensitive. Even now I'm like, 'Did someone really do that?'"
Shockingly it's not the first time Chelsee has been attacked on a night out and she tells us about an even worse incident several years ago.
"They punched me, knocked me down on the floor and they were literally beating me. As soon as they did it my eye swelled up and just went massive, I looked in a right state."
Chelsee admits that the two unprovoked and unconnected attacks have left her shaken and she is convinced she was targeted because she is famous.
"It's always in the back of my head there are people out there who want to cause trouble because I'm in the public eye. But I don't understand how you could do that to someone," she tell us.
"It's an eye opener to calm down when going out as you never know what might happen, which is quite scary sometimes. You don't know what some people are capable of."
