TOWIE star Abi Clarke has admitted that she thinks Ferne McCann should take Charlie Sims back, despite the recent cheating rumours.

During an exclusive chat with the Essex girl, Abi also stuck up for the TOWIE boys, explaining how tough it is for them to resist cheating when there are so many girls around to tempt them.

Abi tell us: "I think it's very hard being a boy on the show because they have girls literally throwing themselves at them all the time. It's a lot of pressure.

"I know Ferne and Charlie are a really strong couple so I'm hoping they work it out because they are perfect for each other."

Charlie was recently pictured getting very cosy with a mysterious blonde in Ibiza. When we asked Abi whether she would take Charlie back, she added: "I think Charlie is a lovely boy, so if I was Ferne, I probably would, yeah."

Speaking about her own love life, Abi revealed that she hasn't seen her rumoured fling Diags for a while, adding that they are taking things slowly.

"He's been to Ibiza so I haven't seen him much. He's a single boy and it's the summer," she explains. "We are really good friends and flirt but we don't want to ruin anything. Definitely watch this space!"

Just a few months ago, Abi tweeted a candid picture of the pair cuddled up in bed, so we've got our fingers crossed for some more romance between them!

TOWIE is set to return to our screens later this year and even Katie Price has declared she would love to appear on the show, with Abi also keen for this to happen.

"I'd love for her to be on the show!" Abi says. "She would definitely fit in with the Essex crowd with her big hair and make-up. I think she would like a bit of Mario Falcone..."

While we had the chance, we grabbed Abi to have a natter about her favourite beauty products and the secrets behind her flawless make-up….

What are your favourite beauty products?
I absolutely love Batiste Dry Shampoo £4.99 and I also use MAC Studio Finish SPF35 Concealer, £15, a lot. It's absolutely perfect for putting under your eyes and just covering up quickly.

Any beauty bargains?
You can't go wrong with Vaseline, £1.99; I put it on my lips and eyelashes to help them grow at night. Rimmel also do really good mascaras, I love the extra black one - Rimmel London Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara Extreme Black, £7.99.

Which TOWIE girl do you think looks the best?
Chloe Sims is looking amazing at the moment - her make-up looks lovely. I like the way she is doing her hair and styling her outfits – she looks so classy. All the girls look absolutely lovely all the time but I always love what Chloe and Frankie Essex wear.

Have you picked up any beauty tips since being on TOWIE?
Yes - to put a large line of concealer under my eyes and on the bridge of my nose, lips and chin. Then contour with a darker shade underneath my cheekbones to highlight the face.

A lot of the TOWIE girls have launched their own beauty range, is this something you would like to do?
I'd definitely like to start up my own beauty range. I'm a make-up artist so I know what is good for people's skin. It's always quite hard going in to shops trying to look for certain eyelashes for the day and evening, so maybe something with eyelashes.

Be honest, how long does it take you to get ready for a night out?
For a big night out, I'd say about two hours. My make-up takes quite a while but I enjoy doing it, so I relax. I put music on, have some wine and really chill and relax.

You always look so glamorous; do you ever have any dress down days?
When I go to work, I tend not to put any make-up on my eyes and let my eyelashes have a bit of a rest. I mix some fake tan with foundation to give me a glow for the day and then just a bit of lipstick to brighten up my look.
