The Hunger Games actor is in the Big Apple to promote his latest movie Paranoia, which puts him in the company of screen legends Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman.
Of course, even though he's promoting his new movie plenty of questions have been asked about Hunger Games (where he plays Gale) and working with his now Oscar-winning co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
"She's great," Liam told Good Morning America this week, adding of Jen's Academy Award for Silver Linings Playbook. "You wouldn't even know [she's won an Oscar]. Nothing has gone to her head over the last few years.
"When I first met her and worked with her she was full of life and brought such energy to set. When you shoot tough stuff like the themes in Hunger Games it can be tough but she has great energy about her and it's still that way."
The second movie in the Hunger Games series, Catching Fire, is out later this year, with final part Mockingjay being split into two movies for release in 2014 and 2015.
In the meantime, however, Liam is on the publicity trail for Paranoia, which is all about the world of corporate espionage.
Liam's other half Miley Cyrus, meanwhile, has also been hard on a promotional blitz lately for her new single 'We Can't Stop', which will include a performance at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards.
But just because Miley and Liam are busy with their own careers right now does NOT mean they have split up!
Miley's little sister Noah recently told Us Weekly that the pair - who became engaged in 2012 - are very much together, even if they aren't currently planning a wedding.
